Panko Breaded Ranch Chicken...The recipe that started it all!

Things you need:
  • Boneless skinless chicken breast or tenderloins
  • Your favorite creamy ranch dressing
  • PANKO Bread Crumbs
  • French's Fried Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 shallow dishes for dipping and breading
  • Baking sheet....(I like using my Pamper Chef Bar Pan.)
  • A fork... (To keep your fingers clean.)
(Yup that's it!)

How to do it:
  • Wash your hands!!
  • Rinse and trim your chicken
  • Wash your hands!!
  • Preheat your oven 350 degree's
  • In dish one squirt your favorite creamy ranch dressing.
  • In dish two shake some PANKO Bread crumbs, crumble French's Fried Onions, a little salt, and a little pepper. Mix it up.
  • Dip your chicken in your favorite creamy ranch dressing.
  • Then roll your chicken in your bread crumb mixture.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • WAIT..... Did you spay it with non-stick spray?
  • Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Enjoy!

Ideas:

Use caesar dressing and make chicken caesar salad. Oooh and shredded parmesan cheese on top!
BBQ sauce sounds interesting doesn't it?
Blue cheese dressing with a little hot sauce mixed in would make a buffalo chicken alternative.
